How does our process work?

When we start, we take an extensive assessment of the kitchen, strategically checking every item on our list and discovering if any specific problem areas exist.

 

After we our initial walkthrough, we storm into action by efficiently and effectively starting our mission to clean. These tasks will include:

    Walls

    We take an assessment of the walls to look for grease, grime, mold, or any discolorations. After that, we clean the top and bottom of the walls.

    Sinks

    We make sure to clean inside the sinks, bleach, and disinfect them to make sure they’re optimally hygienic.

    Floors

    We make sure to mop and scrub the entire floor with a mop and deck brush as needed to remove grease and dark spots.

    Equipment

    We remove and clean all black spots at wheels and legs of equipment, remove the grease built up from the day on stoves and ovens, wipe down all stainless steel equipment to make sure that it doesn’t leave streaks, and more!

    Drains

    We clean out all drains with a brush and pour hot water down them to make sure there is no immediate build ups. This potentially helps with repair costs later.
